Once in Corfu it is an easy trip from their user friendly website to their easily accessible office at the crossroads in Sidari close to the car park.  A warm and friendly greeting awaits you in the bright office wallpapered with clear and enticing leaflets outlining properties from rentals, residences to businesses.

Andy, an expat from the north of England gives you a firm handshake and Andrea, the administrator offers a cool drink.

This is the place where dreams can be realised. Every effort is made to understand your needs with a full discussion on the properties you have found. Andy's perceptive nature enables him to advise wisely on your choices according to your situation. In my case my arthritic knees were taken into account when considering the type of terrain and style of house to choose.  Most of all we had a budget which he knew was not too flexible and he made every effort to work within it.

Trying to tick every box for a client can be a mammoth task, and this is where George, Andy's Greek business partner comes into his own.  His enthusiasm and eagerness is apparent from the start, with the usual kiss on each cheek and the biggest smile ever.  We were taken out to view his builders carrying out some work to show us their expertise and quality of building.  From there we were taken to a renovation project. Although this more than we wanted to undertake, their description of how the perfect home could be achieved was an eye opener and really set us thinking.

As we looked at other properties George and Andy listened carefully to our comments and they now knew all the things we liked and disliked.  Back in the office we looked again at the details of a pretty little villa which we really liked the look of but had not viewed because it was small.  Andy could see we really liked the look of it on paper, so we went and viewed it.   We liked it very much, but it really was too small.  George then asked us how we thought we could make it bigger, as we had now seen what could be achieved.  So together we made plans, and where anything might have exceeded our budget, they adapted our ideas to fit our pocket.

We have now bought the property and Andy and George have helped us through. They explained how the system worked and what to expect at the lawyers etc., and finally with smiles all round handed us the key.

most reassuring aspect of owning a property so far away from our main home.

Your assistance in switching power and water

accounts over again made the process simple and reassuring. Andys continued help in securing

maintenance arrangements, organizing contractors and generally helping us to look after our new

house is the best service I have ever received.
